·      We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

·      All sales are final – no refund after service completed.      (no exceptions).

·      No checks or credits will be accepted

·      We accept cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover cards & American express.

o   no tips option on cards

o   minimum charge is $10.00 when paying with cards.

·      You may return products only if it's in original condition for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase with your receipt.

·      Gift cards available for purchase

o   we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards

·      We welcome your feedbacks – if there’s any reasons why you would not give us 5 stars rating then please let us know before you leave, and we will try our best to improve.  and make sure to you do not leave unhappy.

·      Appointments are recommended for all services.

·      Please respect others by being on time for your appointments.

·      we reserve the right to service another customer if you are more than 10 minutes late.

·      Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you will not be charged.
